New signs at Bordeaux Harbour

New warning signs have been installed at Bordeaux Harbour as part of the parish's ongoing programme of improvements and enhancements.

In case you missed it, the popular kiosk at L’Ancresse East has reopened for the summer, and will be there seven days a week until 30 September – although new tenant Sandy Brassell would like to continue next year depending on what happens to the anti-tank wall project in the meantime, given the strength of opposition to its removal.

Football pitch improvements at L'Ancresse

‘The pitches are for anyone to use, whether they live in the parish or not, and there’s no charge to do so and no need to pre-book so I hope we can reassure the letter writer that at least the Vale’s trying to encourage the informal kick-abouts he remembered so vividly from his youth.’
