Last douzaine surgery tomorrow – and we'd love to hear from you

So if you have a view on how useful these sessions are, do please let us know your views. The easiest way is to pop in to the Douzaine Room tomorrow from 10am where we'll be there to listen.

There'll be no deputies present on this occasion so it is very much a meeting for parishioners and Vale issues. The douzaine members attending will be Anne Setters, Martine Ellis and surgeries organiser Ollie Goddard.

As they say, it's good to talk, so do please take this opportunity to share your views with us about what makes the Vale such a great parish and what might be done to make it even better.

Previous surgeries have covered a wide range of topics, from island-wide voting to GST, and a specifically relevant northern issue is Leale's Yard and the possibility that the plans approved under the Co-op/Omnibus proposals may be scrapped by the States as Policy and Resources appears to want to start from scratch.
