Bruno, who was born in France, grew up in Alderney, was educated in Jersey but decided to put down roots in the Vale, has agreed to take questions from parishioners on the issues that matter to them and particularly affect the parish.
Vale douzeniers will also be on hand to take residents' comments back to the constables and full douzaine and it is expected that the Neighbourhood Police Team's PC Alex Moore will also be there to hear any concerns that may be raised.
Previous surgeries have discussed a variety of topics and those attending have found them useful and the douzaine has been grateful for the feedback received.
This month's surgery starts 10am on Saturday 16 May at the Douzaine Room at Maraitaine Road with the entrance at the side door.
All parishioners are invited to attend and while there is no set agenda, Deputy Kay-Mouat's election manifesto had some clear priorities: getting things done, less talk, more results; communication/ transport; a proper States review of spending and making itself efficient without reducing services; Bailiwick harmonisation with islands working together; housing; and tax – dealing with costs and looking for alternative revenue streams.
