Up to 35 new homes could be built in the Saltpans area on top of the 150 already earmarked for the former Kenilworth Vinery site, planners said yesterday. The site, known as Le Four Banal, adjoins the entrance to the as yet unbuilt data park off Route Militaire and is said by the Development and Planning Authority to be within the Bridge Main Centre outer boundary.
